SR1-SHR-1500 Shear maglock with optional monitor feature

Intended application: For swing-through doors
 
Shearlocks work differently to conventional Maglocks with the holding strength coming from two steel pins locating into corresponding holes on the spring loaded armature plate. Magnetic force is used to engage the armature plate when the door is closed.
The SR1-SHR-1500 series is available in two models, SR1-SHR-1500 unmonitored and the SR1-SHR-1500M  with hall effect monitoring that provides a switch-contact output (SPDT rated 3.0A @ 12V DC) to indicate the maglock status. 
  • Voltage: 12 VDC or 24 VDC
  • Voltage tolerance:  ±15%
  • Current:
    • 420mA @ 12VDC (at temperature 20°C)
    • 210mA @ 24VDC (at temperature 20°C)
  • Operating Temperature: -10°C to 55°C (14 to 131°F)
  • Humidity: 0% to 95% non-condensing
  • Typical surface temperature when powered: current temperature plus 20°C
  • Holding Force: Up to 1200 Lbs (545 Kg) in shear
  • Gap between maglock and armature plate is 2mm
  • Hall effect monitor output (SPDT rated 3.0A @ 12V DC), remotely monitors the door lock or unlock status. NC Output = door open, NO Output = door closed) on model SR1-SHR-680M only
  • Approximate nominal weight: 1.2Kg
  • Unique Anti-Residual design:  push-off button to overcome residual magnetism and release the armature smoothly

Intended application: For concealed flush installation
 
Shearlocks work differently to conventional Maglocks with the holding strength coming from a steel pin on the spring loaded armature plate locating into a corresponding hole in the lock body. Magnetic force is used to engage the armature plate when the door is closed.
The SR1-SHR-2700 series is available in two models, SR1-SHR-270030 and the SR1-SHR-270035.
 
Hall effect lock monitoring is featured with a switch-contact output (SPDT rated 3.0A @ 12V DC) to indicate the maglock status.
  • Voltage: 12 - 28 VDC self-regulating
  • Voltage tolerance:  ±10%
  • Current (at temperature 20°C):
    • SR1-SHR-270030:
      Pull in: 1.7A, Holding: 0.5A @ 12 VDC
      Pull in: 1.1A, Holding: 0.32A @ 24 VDC
    • SR1-SHR-270035:
      Pull in: 1.9A, Holding: 0.55A @ 12 VDC
      Pull in: 1.2A, Holding: 0.35A @ 24 VDC
