Neill was saddled with an unusual spelling of his name because Barry, his father, was told by the registrar that it did not cost any more to spell his name with 2 L's and has always been thankful that Barry was not a fan of Johnny Cash's "Boy Named Sue".
Since entering the Security Industry at the age of 16 Neill has had many roles but looks as if he has had a few pies over the past few years too.
Neill is serious about making Smart R Distribution a success but is equally committed to enjoying the journey toward that goal.

FAVOURITE CAR: As a true petrol-head too many to list or fit in his garage alongside his current 4. Pride of place is given to his Harvest Gold Austin Allegro Vanden Plas.
FAVOURITE PLACES: Home, London, New York City, Cape Town, Las Vegas, almost any English Country Pub.
FAVOURITE MEAL: Neill rarely eats on an empty stomach and enjoys real ale along with hearty home-cooking. Neill is also very keen on Black Country Pork Scratchings...while the teeth cope anyway!

Having recently celebrated his 29th birthday (yet again) Derek wonders how he has managed to squeeze-in so much in such a "short time".
