Smart R knows just how important it is for you to know that help is just a telephone call away (or email!) for that inevitable time which eventually comes along one day when you need assistance or maybe just some information. Our Technical Support Team are always ready to discuss our products with you. Call us on the usual telephone number. Do note however that, as all of our staff are experienced access control professionals, it is possible that your question will be answered without even getting through to the support team!
Training Courses
Customer training is just one of many features which make Smart R different from the rest. Our training courses are suitable for both end users and trade customers alike and most of them are provided at no-charge on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are unable to visit our training facility at Smart R House then we can come to you! We would be pleased to visit and provide training suited for your individual needs. |
