SR1-REX-IR500 Series Infrared Sensor Exit Device – available with or without over-ride switch

Proximity technology allows remote operation of the REX function up to 10cm. Compatible with access control systems and can also be used in “stand-alone” applications. Available in two versions – with or without over-ride switch (please select when placing your order).

The IR500 is ideal for applications where the user has their hands full or where contamination may be an issue from several people touching the same exit button.

The relay is triggered when an object enters the detection field, switching the contact output to provide the REX output for unlocking the door.
